- DOTD Retirees: $250*
- Government/University Employees: $250*
- Private Industry: $475*
- Speakers: No Charge
- Students: Participation in this year’s LTC will be by invitation only.
*Registration fees valid until January 31, 2025. After January 31, 2025, these registration fees are as follows:
SPECIAL NOTE: The DOTD Business Conference will not be held in conjunction with the 2025 LTC.
How to Register
Registration will utilize the LTRC Registration Management System. Please note the following:
- Google Chrome is the preferred browser when registering.
- You must have a profile for the LTRC Registration Management System in order to register. You will be prompted to login to register. If you have lost your password, please follow the instructions under “Forgot Password?”.
- If you do not have a profile, you may use the "Create Profile" link in the top right area of the page.
- After completing your 2025 Louisiana Transportation Conference registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email for your records.
