Ballroom opens for booth set up.
3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Exhibits will open at the afternoon break. Reception will begin at 5:30 PM with food/beverages served in the ballroom.
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Continental breakfast, break items, and boxed lunch will be served in ballroom. Exhibitors may begin moving out after the afternoon break.
Booth Prices
The exhibitor area will be arranged with display booths 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. The fee for a display space will be $750 for the first booth; $500 for each additional booth. After January 31, 2025, the price for the first booth will increase to $850.
Changes to Exhibit Space in 2025The United States Bowling Congress will host its 2025 Open Championships at the River Center from March 1 – July 28, 2025. They will have the exhibit hall reserved, so our trade show will take place in the ballroom. River Center policy prohibits equipment displays in the ballroom because it is fully carpeted. While we are disappointed that we cannot offer equipment display space in 2025, we will have our traditional trade show booths available. The trade show will return to the exhibit hall for future events.
Exhibitor Registration
The exhibitor registration form will be online in the LTRC Registration Management System.
Sponsors must submit the online sponsor registration form through the LTRC Event Management System. If you currently have a username and password, please use that information. If not, please create a profile.
Some things to note on setting up your profile and registering for LTRC-sponsored events:
- Google Chrome is the preferred browser when using this system.
- You will create a profile in order to enroll in any event. This will only be done on your initial visit to the website.
- You will set up a username and password to manage this profile.
- Your password should be between 6-12 characters long.
- Please hold onto the email that confirms your profile.
- Once logged in, you will find a list of current events available for enrollment, including the 2025 LTC Exhibitor Booth Order Form.
- After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Please hold onto this email as well.
