Sponsorship Opportunities

The Louisiana Transportation Conference is a unique opportunity for transportation professionals from government, academia and private industry to exchange ideas and information relative to transportation policy, practice, and problems. The conference will be offering sponsorship opportunities to corporate entities. Each year, the LTC has grown in attendance; the 2020 conference was the largest to date with over 1,800 attendees from Louisiana and the entire nation. The conference also provides for the educational enhancement of the transportation engineering community, presenting information on innovative technologies and offering professional development opportunities.

The conference is being hosted by the Louisiana Transportation Research Center and Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Your sponsorship support will help defray the cost of hosting this event and allow for more networking opportunities with other transportation professionals.

Please note that any sponsorships paid via credit card will be charged a $25 convenience fee.

Platinum Sponsor ($20,000)

*Sponsorship information must be received by February 10, 2023, to receive this benefit.

Sponsor Registration

The sponsor registration form is online in the LTRC Registration Management System.

Sponsors must submit the online sponsor registration form through the LTRC Event Management System. If you currently have a username and password, please use that information. If not, please create a profile.

Some things to note on setting up your profile and registering for LTRC sponsored events:

• Google Chrome is the preferred browser when using this system.
• You will create a profile in order to enroll in any event. This will only be done on your initial visit to the website.
• You will set up a username and password to manage this profile.
• Your password should be between 6-12 characters long.
• Please hold onto the email that confirms your profile.
• Once logged in, you will find a list of current events available for enrollment, including the LTC Sponsorship.
• After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Please hold onto this email as well.
